Ordering:
Please email your order request to sales@saracione.com We will confirm your order and any special color request via return email. When your reel order is in the queue for processing, we will email you final confirming specifications and any special delivery requirements. We will also send you our invoice for payment prior to final assembly. All payments are due in full prior to shipping. Please include your daytime telephone number when ordering. All prices shown are in USD and do not include shipping.
Payment method:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, personal checks and International Wire Transfer. Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal for it’s security and ease of use.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise requested; All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service depending upon the address you provide to us for delivery. If you require expedited shipping services due to an approaching trip such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air please let us know as soon as possible of your itinerary.
International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express or US Postal Service Global Express, these fees will be quoted prior to shipping for your approval.
Shipping fees will be added to all final invoices.
Repairs:
All of our fly reels carry a lifetime warranty covering any failure due to materials and/or workmanship. If it has our name on it- we guarantee it. Warranty repairs have no charge other than return shipping.
Damaged reels due to falls while wading or dropped reels. Damages unrelated to the materials we use or our workmanship will be repaired at a nominal fee, depending upon the degree of damage and work required to repair the reel. We will examine the reel and send you a quotation for the cost of these types of service/repairs before performing any work on the reel. All fees must be paid in full before shipping.
Please provide a note along with any returned reel you send us for repair wether it is for warranty service or for other damages. Please make sure we have all of your contact information on the note including the reel model and serial number.
Retrieve conversion:
We receive a tremendous number of requests to convert the reeling direction on reels. These requests are primarily from the secondary market. We do perform this service but it does take time (labor) to make the change, and it is very risky business to convert some of these reels; as it is very easy to damage a reel while performing the conversion. Obviously this service is a non-warranty labor service. We charge a flat fee of $200.00 per trout reel and $250.00 per salmon (disc drag and sealed drag) reel conversion plus return shipping. Some reels cannot be converted; so please contact us before sending us your reel.
